Life Coaching
Life Coaching helps guide the client to reach their ultimate goals. Life coaching can help in different areas of their life. But because each human being is different, so will their goals be.
Why is it different to Counselling? Because in Life Coaching, we identify and describe current problematic behaviours, for the client to be able to work to modify them. In Counselling we analyse the client’s past as a tool for understanding present behaviours. In other words, Therapists or Counsellors focus on “why” certain behavioural patterns occur, and coaches’ word on “how” to work towards a goal.
Both strategies are equally important... depends on the situation... please scroll down.
